The answers you give here are held by the Office of the Honourable Member of Parliament for Rupandehi Constituency No. 3. They are read there first, and a proposal that is taken forward is sent on to the ward office, local level, province or federal body that would carry it out.
Your citizenship or registration number is collected for two purposes only: to match this proposal with the office's own records, and to identify proposals submitted twice. It is never shown on any public page, and it is deleted once the initial screening is over.
Your phone number and, if you gave one, your email address are used to contact you about this proposal and nothing else.
Where a proposal is forwarded, the answers in it may be made available to the government body that would carry the project out. Your details are not given to anyone else, and are never sold or used for any campaign.
A proposal is kept for 5 years from the day it is received, or for 2 years after the project is completed, whichever is later.
While you are filling the form, your answers are saved on this phone or computer so that you can come back to them. Your citizenship or registration number is never saved that way. “Clear saved answers” removes them at once.
To correct or remove anything you have submitted, contact the office with your reference number and say what should change.
